This is wording deliberately used to avoid commenting on the weather and how nobody I’ve ever met says that February is their favorite time of the year!

I hope your year has started out with promise and that you are confident you can sustain it. This month’s articles cover more ground than usual and cover more controversial topics than usual but I never wanted this newsletter to be empty fluff and so bland that you never read it.

The brutality of war, the incredible depths of human resilience, accepting that we build the emotional prisons around ourselves, and that it is only our actions – not our words – with our loved ones that count for anything – meaty topics for the shortest month of the year!

Think big – as it says at the IMAX cinemas – and live the life you deserve and expect.
